The purpose of Graphex Have a Question Page is to ensure communication between Graphex and Its Users, it enables the reporting of any concerns and or issues that may arise from either party, i.e. Clients, Freelancers, located in national, or international region and or any other Graphex Users. It also covers any questions that may be related to the use of Graphex’s Platform where applicable.
1. What if I am not satisfied with my freelancer’s service rendered?
If you are not satisfied with the service and or work provided by your Freelancer:
a. You can opt to choose another Freelancer by shopping through readily available Portfolios specific to your needs.
b. You can request your money back; however, we would hate to see you go unsatisfied, we strongly advise that you reach out to Graphex Management Team below through this page, or call us directly by using the phone number listed in our “contact us” tab, and or contact our customer service for further assistance accordingly. For Graphex aims to provide you and your business with the highest quality services; Your satisfaction is our top priority!
2. When satisfied with completion of service where do I write a review and or rate my Freelancer?
a. Once satisfied with service provided by your Freelancer, you can and should write a review and rate Graphex’s Platform and your Freelancer’s page, it’s a courteous way of saying thank you for a satisfactory or a job well done. Please note: If you’re dissatisfied with services provided on our platform, do not hesitate to reach out to Graphex as mention above before proceeding to write a review, and a rating on Graphex Platform; first allow us the opportunity to resolve your issues and concerns internally. 3. Where do I leave a Tip for my Freelancer after receiving satisfactory services?
a. You may Tip your Freelancer using the same payment method that you’ve submitted through Graphex when paying your Freelancer with clear indication of the percentage or amount of tips that you desire to leave your Freelancer and or you can use the link prompted by Graphex to issue a tip to your Freelancer.
4. How do I change my username and password on Graphex?
a. To change your username and password please go to setting located on the upper right corner of your profile click setting then proceed to your changes by entering the desired username and or password.
5. How do I deactivate or close my Account?
a. To deactivate or close your Account, you must write a letter addressing your request to Graphex’s Administrator (s) with your information and explanation for closing your Account.
6. How to get more gigs / jobs / or better rating on Graphex?
a. First ensure that your photo is current and reflects who you are; Remember to smile and be friendly! Clients are also concerned about professionalism, so it is important to present yourself professionally. Create a trusting rapport with your client on the initial interaction, by establishing a customer friendly approach in all aspect of your interaction.
b. To get more gigs, projects and or job, tailor your portfolio to showcase your skills and ensure that it is well done; remember your portfolio is your way of advertising your skills and your services. So always put your best work in your portfolio reflecting your professionalism and experiences.
c. To get good rating, you must render an impeccable service to your client, in a timely fashion with professionalism and customer service friendly.
7. What Do I need to set up a Business Account?
a. To set sign up for a Business Account, you need readily on hand your Business name, physical address, phone number, email address; you need your EIN or TIN number and ( your resellers certificate when applicable.) along with your name and other pertinent information as needed.
8. How many Users can I add under my Business Account?
a. You can create as many Account as your Business needs requires; your team’s Account is of limited access versus yours.
9. Can I hire a full-time worker from Graphex and bring him/her into our company?
a. For the most part, yes. We will work with you to fully understand your specific requirements so that we can establish a mutually beneficial arrangement; However, please be prepared to pay a release fee for the desired freelancer.
10. How does Graphex screening process ensure quality candidates that meet our requirements?
a. We screen for communication skills, personality, domain-specific knowledge, and a high level of professionalism.
b. Our process includes a variety of ways to determine skill and proficiency, including portfolio reviews, technical coding challenges, user or market research, business cases, project management backlog grooming, formal assessments, as well as live problem-solving sessions as appropriate to the candidate and vertical.
11. Do you offer services such as screening, vetting, and testing to help us hire employees outside of the Graphex network?
a. While we currently do not supply these services, we plan on offering them in the future. Meanwhile if you decide to hire a Graphex Freelancer, worker or else permanently for your company outside of Graphex, you must contact Graphex Administrator via email placing your inquiry and you are responsible for further screening, vetting, and testing of that said party.
b. What methods of payment does Graphex accept? We currently accept all major credit cards, Debit Cards, ACH, bank wires, Online Checks, Western Unions and PayPal.
12. Why was my payment declined?
a. Payments may be declined for several reasons. If your payment was declined, please review the following:
1. Make sure you entered the payment details correctly.
2. Check to see that your credit/debit card is valid and not expired.
3. Make sure you have available funds on your card.
b. Generally, the payment source has more information than we do as to why your payment was declined. Therefore, we recommend checking with your bank or PayPal.
c. If you still have issues with your payment, try using a different payment option (i.e., if you are using PayPal, you should consider using your credit or Debit card, online checks and or Western Union). If you still have issues completing your order, you can contact Customer Service for Help.
13. How do I know when a Freelancer or Worker is online?
a. Online Status is shown by a small green circle next to the profile picture, which lets you know that the user is currently logged in on Graphex, this is useful in receiving quick responses from sellers, Workers, and or Freelancers when contacting them.
b. The online user status is visible on various pages, such as the Profile, Conversations, and service pages. On the Category, Subcategory, and advanced search pages, you can filter the marketplace results according to online sellers, workers and or Freelancers.
For further detail on identifying your online status, see Managing Your Account in your settings. When the small circle next to the profile picture is gray, it indicates that User is offline.
14. What kind of services can I sell on Graphex?
a. Be innovative! You can offer any service you desire as long as you comply with our terms and you are proficient / skilled in said service. Graphex has multitude of categories you can browse to get ideas of what skills you can offer and how to showcase them.
15. How much time do I need to invest to Freelance on Graphex?
a. Graphex promotes flexibility; You need to dedicate some time and effort in the beginning to learn the marketplace / Platform, then you can decide for yourself what amount of work and or project you want to do. You work around your availability, so you have the freedom you so desire to care for your family, take road trips, vacationed any time you wish without the hassle of asking for time off with the anticipation of possible denial.
b. As an international student, you get the opportunity to study abroad without the hassle applying for work permit of said country, or having to look for employment in an unknown country just to make end meets; You are able to make as little or as much as you need working or freelance on Graphex, the sky is literally the limit!
16. How I price my service on Graphex?
a. You can create Packages with set prices, and further tailor packages to your client’s needs; you set your pricing anywhere from $10 - $1,000 and up and we suggest that you offer three versions of your service at three different prices for your client’s convenience. Graphex is expecting you to provide high-quality services at every price point.
17. How much does it cost to sign up on Graphex?
a. Good news! It’s free to sign up on Graphex; There is no subscription required or fees to list your services. Please refer to Graphex User Agreement for further details on fees charge to freelancers.
18. What is Out of Office mode and when should I use it?
a. Out of Office mode allows to communicate your unavailability with your clients and or potential clients; it allows them to know you're currently unavailable to receive new orders, basically select the date you plan to return, select a reason (i.e., I'm on vacation, and or I'm overbooked, or other), add a brief notation, activate it then you’re all set. When the timeframe expires, the Out of Office mode will automatically be deactivated, and your services will be back on the marketplace as available.
19. Can I activate Out of Office mode if I have active Orders?
a. Yes, activating Out of Office mode does not affect existing orders. However, you still need to deliver anticipated services in a timely fashion.
20. Will my response rate be affected?
a. No, it will not. When you are not available, you are unable to accept new orders. However, you will receive emails in your provided email contact, reflecting new client’s interest and or notifications from Graphex Admin.
21. Is my personal information safe?
a. At Graphex technology we care about your privacy and the safety of your personal information. Besides the ultimate security level established within Graphex to avoid data breach, any attempt or attack from cyber criminals, we have a devoted team of Cyber security available 24/7 to detect any threat or attempt to our data base to access any data.
